How to pay dues

For Online Payment:
1) Go to https://clarksimsonmiller.com/pay/
2) Select "Pay Online" from the payment options
3) Select "Pay Now" to make a one-time payment
4) Select "Yes" to agree to the Terms & Conditions
5) Enter your contact information (first name, last name, email, & phone number)
6) Under "Property Details" enter the following:
Management Id = 4547 (This is the Id for Clark Simson Miller)
Association Id = 446 (This is the Id for the HOA)
Property/Account Number = [Located on your statement, email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. for your ID] (This is your account number for address)
After pressing "tab" button following property/account number, the address information should auto-populate ... if it does not enter that info
7) Select payment type, either:
a) "Pay by eCheck" (flat transaction fee of $1.95 regardless of amount)
- than enter Routing Number, Account Number, Account Type, Payment Amount (), & Payment Date
- Click box to agree to pay total amount including fees shown above
- Click "Next" to review payment information
- Click "Submit Payment"
OR
b) "Pay by Card" (transaction fee of 3.75% of payment amount)
- than enter card information (Card Number, Expiration Date, & Security Code), Card Billing Address, Payment Amount (), & Payment Date
- Click box to agree to pay total amount including fees shown above
- Click "Next" to review payment information
- Click "Submit Payment"
