This Domain was thrown away by a previous TCHOA board, who's primary focus was to save money. They not only disposed of our former website, but they also let the domain expire. Then Treasurer Duane Gallup, picked up the discarded domain, and paid the dues to keep it alive. Since then, it has been pointing to each and every HOA management company
TCHOA has since hired. We are now on our 3rd management company.
Previously the site owner Duane Gallup (TCHOA member & current Treasurer 2022) has simply pointed the domain to the management company site. With the former boards decision to change management companies twice in two years, it has become increasingly more difficult for membership to communicate with the Board, and current management company. Therefore, I am taking the liberty of posting this site, with information to help members communicate with the board. Be advised, the board, as of this posting has "not" approved this site.
